RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At QuasarMD, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to feel confident in your
purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help resolve it in a fair and timely
way.
30-Day Return Window
You can request a return for a refund within 30 days of delivery for products
purchased from quasarmd.com.
Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. Please refer to our
Warranty Policy below for repair or replacement options.
Return Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return
your item, we’re here to help resolve it in a fair and timely way.
Items should be returned in good condition, with all major components and original
packaging included where possible.
Returns that are incomplete or show significant wear, damage, misuse, or missing
parts may be declined or subject to a reduced refund. Reduced refunds are based
on the condition of the returned item and its ability to be resold.
Refund eligibility and any adjustments are determined after inspection of the
returned item upon receipt.
We reserve the right to limit or decline returns in cases of excessive or abusive
return activity.
Return Shipping
Returns must be approved in advance and sent using the prepaid return label
provided by our team.

A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for standard
returns. -
If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will cover
the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once
approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7
business days. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the
return is due to our error.
Accessories
Accessories are not eligible for return once opened or used, unless defective.
Defective accessories must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery with details and photos (if applicable).
We will review claims and determine eligibility based on the information provided.
Shipping Issues (Lost or Missing Packages)
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please
contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and determine next
steps based on carrier confirmation and order details.
