We stand behind the quality of our QuasarMD LED devices and are committed to
supporting you after your purchase.

1-Year Limited Warranty
 
QuasarMD LED devices include a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of
delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing
defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as determined upon
inspection.

What We Will Do
 
If a covered defect is confirmed upon inspection, we will repair the device or replace
it, at our discretion, with the same model or a comparable model if the original item
is no longer available.
For confirmed warranty claims, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for
U.S. customers and cover the cost of shipping the replacement device. For
customers outside the U.S., shipping arrangements will be coordinated by our
support team based on location.
Replacement devices carry the remaining portion of the original warranty period.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim 

Contact support@quasarmd.com with:
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue(s)
  • Photos or a short video (recommended)
Additional information may be requested to evaluate the claim.

Warranty Return & Inspection Process

If a return is required, we will provide instructions, including a prepaid shipping label
where applicable.
Please package the device securely and retain your tracking information until it is
received at our facility.
Once received, we will inspect the device to determine warranty coverage. If the
issue is not covered, we will notify you and outline available options.

What’s Not Covered
 
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper
handling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, use outside the intended purpose, 
or normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect 
performance.
Warranty coverage is determined based on inspection of the device and the nature
of the reported issue.

After the Return Window
 
Refunds are available only within the first 30 days under our Return Policy. After that
period, we will continue to support your device through repair or replacement under
this warranty.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is limited to repair or
replacement of the device. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental
damages where such limitations are permitted. Certain limitations may not apply
depending on your state of residence.
